Born in New York and currently living and working in Queens -- I received my BFA in Painting and Drawing, with a focus in Psychology and Art History from Purchase School of Art and Design. A lot of my interest in psychological spaces and jumbled imagery draws on the relationship between strong connections to location, in flux with nonsensical objects within the space. I spent a majority of my childhood and young adult life moving throughout New York. Even at a young age, I found myself longing for my old bedrooms and the safe feelings of my home. My work is extremely personal and is greatly affected by my current emotional state, as well as physical. I draw inspiration from my own experiences and shortcomings as a young person.
